I'm getting surgery in 6 days for this, I work a physical job with a lot of lifting. When I first enquired about it they suggested 6 weeks off work, then the letter the surgeon sent to my regular doctor said 4 weeks with 2 weeks back at work on light duty. This week though, the medical certificate I handed to my job only said 2 weeks off and then 4 weeks light duties. Really annoyed me when I saw that, because I don't want to go back too soon. They said it might be adjusted after the surgery though depending on how things go, what is a normal time off from a physical job? Thanks

I've had a very stressful day helping my Dad out after he had $10k taken out of his account by scammers this morning. In addition to this, I checked my account and it's been locked again (2nd time in the last month) after too many unsuccessful login attempts. I hadn't been trying to login, so must be scammers trying different passwords on my account, I'll have to call them again in the morning. Both of us have been using Kiwibank for 10 years+ with no issues, why would this all happen now?
