Refund and failed delivery

So I had ordered ordinary argan oil and deve herbes rosemary oil from Nykaa on 30th April.

They said they'd ship it by 4th May. ON forth May they said there's a delay because of election and it'll be delivered by 7th May. I had no problem.

Then on the 8th May, I opened the app and it showed failed delivery.

I was so confused because no delivery man had called me. And it's a prepaid order. So I contacted Nykaa customer care. They said they'll look into it and give refund.

Next day on the 9th May they gave me the product. It was delivered. I had opened the box and all and decided to use the oils on my scalp on the 11th. And then 11th May came and The same delivery man from Nykaa suddenly said he needed to return those. I asked why. I said I don't have the box with me. The seal are open. He still took those.

Now I'm so confused and I keep writing and calling to Nykaa and they are repeating the same script of we'll look into this matter. We'll give refund instead of EXPLAINING why did they needed to return the product?!

I never had this type of problem before with Nykaa

Help me create a Routine.

Hey , So I'm new to K-beauty, I had a routine for a year then I stopped using skincare all together.

Recently I bought a few skincare product from my country's brand and CeraVe Blemish control cleanser. I think using the CeraVe cleanser make my skin itchy and irritated after regular use.

Can you guys help me find a routine using K-beauty or other products? I really need help. And maybe also how to get rid of lip hyperpigmentation too? And those marks and texture.

Please help me

Let me give y'all a history of my skincare journey. I got into skincare maybe on 2024, before that i never even washed my face, a single day. And my skin was okay. Never had any pimple but still had one or two tiny bumps on my cheeks that you can't notice if you don't look closely. My only concern when I started skincare was dullness. I thought my skin was dry so I bought a ponds face wash and pilgrim's 24k gold moisturizer and lotus's sunscreen. Pilgrim's moisturizer did nothing to my face, it wasn't even much moisturizing. But I had no breakouts. Then I thought of researching more. I bought Cetaphil cleanser, plum moisturizer and niacinamide serum, plum niacinamide toner and Neutrogena sunscreen. Now I don't know why but I started getting these blemishes/spots? And even one or two pimples. Then I switched to Cerave cleanser. Didnt work. After finishing the whole plum moisturizer and Neutrogena sunscreen. I stopped doing skincare for months (using only Neutrogena sunscreen) until I bought new stuffs again this april. Cerave Blemish control cleanser, Minimalist B12 Repair complex moisturizer and Dr. Sheth's sunscreen. Also a Dot and Key cica green night cream.

NOW, AFTER ALL THAT, the main question is can you guys gimme recommendations on how to get rid of these? My skin is now mostly normal or maybe slightlyyy oily nose. I can't find a right product that gets rid of these marks. Some of them are bumps while others are faded pimple marks. Do I need anything else from my current routine?

TL;DR: Need recommendations for those bumps, I'm back to skin care again after almost an year. What more or what less should i incorporate or change in my routine. Skin type: Normal with slightly oily nose
