The room will be available as early as May 5th and the lease runs until july 29 2026 with the option to renew until july 29 2027
The room is 600 sq ft with a jack and jill sink, two 25 sqft ft closets, a dual platform shower, and a hot tub. it also has private access to the fully glassed in patio with windows to the lake outside
The room is 760 a month
I currently have it fully furnished but can remove the furniture upon moving out.
The house is a 13 min drive to campus. There are 3 other roommates
This is an Invitation Homes property so the property management takes care of all maintenance and issues.
