How to navigate through rough situation

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a year and a half, we've moved in together since September of last year, (2025) we had a bit of a dilemma regarding the temperature of the room during the winter she likes to keep the heater 25-26c I get lucky if I can get that down to 22c and sometimes I sneak it down to 19 or 20c recently it's now May so the temp has risen a bit to idle around 26-28c. frequently I bring up the issue that I am very hot and end up needing to have limited to no clothing and have my blanket only covering a little bit of myself through the night and flipping my pillow over to just get any amount of coolness, evidently this has became quite ineffective and I have brought up the topic several times and I'm met with, "I will get sick if the room is below 22" and "I will get sick if the AC is on" this makes no biological or scientific sense to me and I've done hours of research into any possible reasons as to why that happens between plainly cold doesn't make you sick viruses make you sick and 20c is literally room temperature not cold. She has been pretty stubborn in this issue and quite frankly I'm getting horrible sleep frequently sweating through the night waking up multiple times, she's offered me the only "solution" being open the window for 5 minutes and close it which might cool the room down 1c but really doesn't do anything besides needing to get up and down stops sleep anyways she doesn't want fans as it will "make her too Cold" and I've tried to even ask her if we should visit a doctor to get a medical professionals opinion but she gets offended and when I say that I think sleeping in different rooms is in the future she gets offended and in selfish for not wanting to sleep together. All this to say is I need help, truthfully I'm struggling to work with her especially when she's not even willing to meet me in the middle, has anyone had the same situation or anyone she advises or anything really, I'd appreciate it, heck I downloaded reddit again just for this I'm really grasping at straws. Thankyou
