Sublet in Jamaica Plain 02130

I'm doing an internship in Germany over the summer so looking for someone to take over my room from June - August. The room is the largest in the apartment, leaving plenty of space for furniture while remaining spacious. Below I'll list out all the info about the room and unit for convenience, please DM if interested!

Location - Jamaica Plain 02130

Rooms - 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms

Rent - $1250 + utilities (usually < $100 per person)

Fees - None!!

Furniture - Fully furnished, with bed, shelves, desk, and lounging chair. I will remove all of my personal items (pc etc.) but leave all the primary furniture.

Laundry - In unit laundry, free!

Cooking - Kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, oven, espresso machine, tea kettles, fridge, and freezer.

Roommates - 4 other roommates, everyone in age range 23-27, 2 men + 2 women. Everyone is either in grad school or recently graduated. We all go/went to Northeastern University. Roommates are all from different backgrounds spanning Germany, Bangladesh, Greece, and the US.

Transit Access - ~5 min walk to Orange Line, super easy to get into the city.

Parking - Driveway + free street parking.

Cleaning - We all have cleaning jobs we're supposed to do on a roughly weekly basis to ensure the house stays clean. If you overtake my job you'll be responsible for taking care of the garbage and recycling, but switching is not a problem. We're all adults so we do our best to keep the place tidy without being overbearing.

Safety - JP in general is safe so long as you look both ways when crossing the road :) . The apartment is right across from a police station so we have never felt unsafe. It's an area where people regularly walk alone at night with little fear.

Pets - One (very friendly) cat in the unit. Other pets would have to vibe with her.

Smoking - The room has immediate access to a porch to smoke on if needed, otherwise no smoking inside of course.

Things to do nearby - Center street (10-15 min walk) has plenty of stores and restaurants to visit, there are also some local cafes like The VU and Ula. Nearby we also have the JP pond which is great for summer walks/runs along with Franklin Park.

Please DM if you have any questions!
