I'm on Day 2 of scary migraines and I'm hurting bad. It's been Tylenol all day!!! Cycle is due in two days. My actual period hasn't been that bad, but the irritability and migraines are next level with Peri. Peri just started getting unbelievably rough this year, I feel. Anyone get relief with anything besides Tylenol and Ibuprofen? Thank you ❤️

I snapped last night. My son said the worst thing. He said he'd rather "die rather than get fat." I was like WHATTTTT?!!
Both of my kids are thin, and my husband has a tall, lean frame. I am average height and at least 20lbs overweight. I don't care, weight doesn't rule me and I've always stressed to my kids that there's so much horrible stuff regarding diet culture/ dying to be thin. My mother in law has had thinness and eating disorders rule her life. She is a boomer and constantly talks about her low weight. With the last conversation she had to my son, she said her doctor wants her to NOT lose weight, but that she wants to anyway. I know this had an effect on my son, who is 12. He is very intelligent, but has picky food aversion and negative traits. I went to bed so angry and I know my husband and I need to address my whack mother in law today. My husband is too passive and uses the fact that she's had strokes to justify her behavior. I can't take this. She is very harmful. It's weighing on me and I'm really angry that my son is picking up on her harmful, negative thinking.
