I bought an item recently and had it sent to one of my previous addresses to an apartment. I was about 5 days after the package was marked delivered when I noticed. I went there and knocked with no answer and left a note. It's been 2 days and no contact, I'm assuming they stole it. I'm wondering what I should do? Contact the apartment management, police? I contacted ebay and they told me to wait til the 8th to go further in the claim.
