So I have found a landlord who mainly rents in other international students.I have seen the room online from the now lodger who is also a university student and it seemed fine.He then send me the owners phone and social media who I spoke to via phone.I checked that he is the owner of the house via Kadaster and the name was correct.He has sent me a pre-contract that I signed and he also sent me the official contract but he tells me that he will sign it after I put the deposit.Is it normal?Shouldnt he sign as well first before I transfer the deposit?
