Please help me :D

I have oily skin.

I apply cucumber slices on my face for 3 years now and they are doing fine. This break out has been happening for 4 months since January this year.

I was afraid of the possibility of fragrance and fluoride allergy, so I removed my Dry Handwasher (which contained Fragrance), and changed Toothpaste brand. The change started yesterday.

At the start of this acne breakout, I dry shaved (which I later discovered to have a chance of infection and ingrown hair, but I shave other parts of my body dry just fine?) but stopped after a month, and also started using Dry Handwasher which I stopped as addressed.

Any help is appreciated!
