I'm 19 and since i started my period at 13 every cycle im havinf to be out of school or work because im throwing up. I take medicine for my cramps but sometimes just laying naked on the floor until i fall asleep feom nausea and pain. I'm at a loss because im a teacher now and cannot afford to take days off work every month.

On top of that my period is never normal, i'll go 4-5 months with 2 periods a month and then some where im not havinf any at all.

I can't afford going to the doctor and dont havw a primary care but im at a loss.
