Hi everyone, I’m 7 months postpartum and just got my first period and my milk supply has become non existent. We were already introducing bottles for my daughter because I go back to work in a couple of weeks but I wasn’t planning on stopping breastfeeding at all. I noticed that over my period she was getting super fussy while I was feeding her so I just gave her more bottle. Now it’s day five and I just did my usual pump after she’s gone to bed to keep my supply up and I don’t even get an ounce from both sides combined. I really don’t want to stop breastfeeding yet. Does anyone know if my supply will come back or have any advice? Tia x
