What are Republicans in the Statehouse Up to?

I read the attached article in February about the rotations through the state house and then just the other day Yost announces. He will be stepping down to run for some Christian fascist think tank. The question I have next is what do we assume Republicans plan will be? on NPR this morning they talked about the decision being up to dewine and that if he pulls in any of the candidates to become an incumbent it would be shady as shit but I don't put it past them at this point. Everything that's been going on through the US with the extreme gerrymandering and other ploys to hold on to power, I don't expect the GOP to have anything good in mind.

Goddamn. The Bernie/ Poindexter rally in Parma was amazing. With things as bleak as they are, this rally gave me the shot in the arm I needed. It was great to see so many kinds of people all coming together to rally around a shared desire to fight for a better life, to fight corporate greed, to fight political corruption, and to fight hate. The stoke was high and I needed this. I hope other attendees did too. I feel the hope. But the fight is just getting started

I must admit I'm pretty ignorant about this one, but what is the Ohio central committee? I keep getting these political ads for Brian Andrews telling me how much he's fighting the radical left.

Dude doesn't look like he could fight a cold. Is his whole political stance doing anything he can to oppose Democrats? Basically it sounds like all he is is an obstructionist with nothing good to bring to Ohio
