I'm not really sure if it's SM, but if it is, I only developed it around the time when I was 16 I think. I have an Adhd diagnosis with more focus on mental hyperactivity and my therapist thinks it's more like Audhd. I mostly feel unable to speak in situations where I need to decide stuff and feel unable to do anything. Normally I talk a lot but only with my friends and talk a lot less with people I don't know. I just wanted to ask if anyone has a similar experience or an idea if I'm on the right track.
