Workday Recruit: Offer 'Send Back' issue
The R&O team observed an issue with the “Send Back” option in Workday Recruit. When a recruiter redirects an offer letter back to R&O for revision, and R&O subsequently sends the revised offer letter back to the recruiter for approval, the recruiter is unable to view the offer to complete their signature. This happens often.
Why does this happen and is there a way to fox it?
