Burning vulva and painful clitoris before peeing
To start off I'm a trans person (they/them), please do not use feminine language (lady bits, hooha (ironic considering the sub name lol), vajayjay, women, girl, etc) for me please.
Just very recently when I'm about to pee my clitoris feels like it's being torn. I can pull my hood back all the way and it doesn't look like there's any adhesions. I just went to clean off myself above the toilet (I am disabled + chronically Ill and currently flaring, this is what I have the energy to do) with a gentle dove bar and some water with a handheld bidet, it burnt so bad!!! It feels like I'm on fire! This has never happened before, I've used this same dove bar multiple times before to clean myself/my vulva and have had no issues. No I do not use anything inside. I can even use my regular body wash with no issues and have never had any issues using my body wash the past few years. I really am unsure what is wrong. I've tried to examine myself to the best of my abilities and I don't see anything different other then a potentionally inflamed clit? But my clit is already kinda big so it's hard to tell.
I also do not have a gynecologist I can really go to right now. I'm trying to find a new one because the one I used to go to really sucked.
Edit to add: and oh! I am just finishing a course of amoxicillin for an ear infection, idk if that could cause this?
