Verizon brought all items (3 photos— 1. Whatever is in the tan box outside 2. The black box and black pack sitting on it 3. White gateway) to install my Fios. Which do they want back when I move out of my rental?

I think just the white gateway but it’s weird how the black boxes sit in my house on the floor. Thanks!
