Host - Ribeiro, Orlando Florida was terrible. Car had a leak and advised the host. Response was delayed and eventually car had to be returned resulting in us having to rent another car from another company. After getting a partial refund another invoice was then sent. This was for tolls which Mr. Ribeiro had previously indicated he would not charge us. We disputed the invoice on the app and was still charged on our credit card. This causes concern as to whether we will be charged further.
Please be informed that Turo has despicable service!!!
