I usually share my run with someone on my Apple Watch, then hit start run, and head out. This has always worked for me, but recently, the map/link isn't working for the person I share it with. It just says, "When the run starts, you'll be able to follow along and see their live location and progress." It basically acts as if I never started a run. I've updated the app on my phone and watch. My app on my phone always shows the map on the completed run when I'm done in the activity log so it can clearly track my location. Any advice?

Hello! I am a 28yr old woman, and I have been running since I was in middle school. I always ran in Mizuno until the last two years. I switched to Asics Gel Nimbus (very cushiony) and then at about 225-250 miles, switched to New Balance 880s due to a slight injury, and wanted to change it up. However, after running in the asics I noticed that a good chunk of the foam was worn away on the shoe. I even wondered if that was how my injury started...big toe pain led to some arch/inner ankle pain. But then I looked at my old shoes and realized they all have the same pattern! I just never noticed before because of the lesser cushion. Has anybody ever seen this before? What am I doing while running? I've never been told I pronate. I was fairly sure I landed pretty netural. I do have really high arches though.
If anything, fun to share, because after 10+ years, I guess you always learn something new! Has anybody seen anything like this on their shoes? Just curious what I am doing, and if I could correct it. Last time I was at a running shoe store the person helping me had no idea. Thanks!
