What type of camera should I buy as a beginner of 2 years of experience

Budget:$1,400 for both camera and lens

Country: United States

Condition: used

Type of Camera: Mirrorless, aps-c sensor (idk much about this)

Intended use: Photography

If photography; what style: outdoor portraits, church photography(altar and worship), street photography
If video what style: none

What features do you absolutely need: good autofocus, good lowlight performance, and image stabilization

What features would be nice to have:touch screen, weather sealing, and adjustable screen

Portability: small bag, should strap
Cameras you're considering: Sony a6400 and canon r10 because of decent low light performance and accurate auto focus, as well as touch screen and adjustable screens

Cameras you already have: I don’t own any, but I have used canon rebel t7, canon rebel t100, and canon EOS 80D
