What can I do to save this or is it to far gone

I’ve had my hair for a while like pics one two and three but I thought it might not be that good, I tried using one of those photo generators but I’m not sure if they are good or attainable or if there is something better. Anyway any help would be nice. Should I try switching it up or just cutting it short like I always do.

I’ve always had my hair like this for years, I was wondering if there might be something better that fits me or if it’s like yeah nope this is good! I don’t know, I have no frame of reference so maybe you guys will see something I do not. Please let me know if I should try a new style or something or leave it as is.

I got out of the shower and my hair has been feeling a lot thinner recently so I took a photo. Is this bad/ am I overreacting?
