Is it a good time to invest in MON100?

It was below 250 when I checked last month. Since then, it's continuously rising.

Should I keep holding it?

I wanted to take out some of the invested money when it rose above 590 today, but didn't sell. Thinking whether should I wait more?

What should be my path to becoming a consultant in my domain?

My career journey: I graduated in BTech ECE from NITH in 2019 (7.96 CGPA).

  1. Began my career at Wipro in 2019 after receiving a campus placement offer. Later, I quit my job after working for around 1.5 years

  2. Prepared for govt job exams for ~2.5 years & then started finding job again

  3. In Dec 2023, I got a job as an analyst at a MoEd project at Delhi. Worked there for ~1.5 years

  4. Switched to another job as a Software Engineer at Gujarat University in Jul 2025. Currently, I am working here. It's a contractual job so I am keeping an eye on any better alternative (preferably permanent)

Additionally, I have also been trying to manage my preparation for govt exams, like UPSC, State PCS or any other related exams.

So, the thing is that I don't wish to stay in a contractual job forever. I need to increase my salary as well as ensure more stability. Any feedback, suggestions or your personal experience would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Additionally, I have also been trying to manage my preparation for govt exams, like UPSC, State PCS or any other related exams. I couldn't actually prepare & attempt some exams well as I was never able to study properly (various reasons). Recently, I gave a clerical level exam (permanent job), but couldn't score to be in the merit list (can't say entirely my fault, but the exam was also random). I am also looking for various other alternatives.

I can't stay in a contractual job like this forever. I need to increase my salary as well as ensure more stability. In what domains & at what places should I apply to ensure a better, stable future?

Any feedback, suggestions or your personal experience would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

It's been almost 2 months since I bought the shares again for averaging down. The price rose to 561 last week, but then it fell again.

Summary: My missed shot at securing a plan B -> Guilt & confusion regarding this year's attempt

I had been in the UPSC preparation till Mar, but then I got myself into preparing for another exam for the sake of a permanent backup.

I am already working currently, but I am not in a permanent job (Govt, but not permanent). So, considering my age & current mental peace, I decided to give my best for this plan B exam. Not some big post, but still it's a permanent job so I applied.

Till Mar end, I was mostly studying for UPSC, but then after tier I result of the plan B exam, I decided to dedicatedly study for this only. I already knew I was ignoring UPSC, but Idk my mind told me to do this. In the past 3-4 years, I have been yearning for some kind of stability in terms of career, or in general, life. So, I gave almost entire Apr for the tier II exam.

The exam happened, but I couldn't score that good to be in the merit (no result yet, but it's quite clear). It was not entirely my fault as those stupids put too many ques from a topic that wasn't in the syllabus, & ignored 2 topics which were a part of the syllabus. Many people & colleagues like me were disadvantaged by this randomness.

I had thought that if I clear this exam, I could justify the time I didn't study for UPSC. But, now I am again in the state of dilemma & guilt. I couldn't revise well & give tests so I am not confident. I have other plan B exams in the pipeline for which I can prepare, but still...Idk in which year I will be ready to attempt UPSC with my full preparation.

Your comments & suggestions are welcome.
