I have a 97 with stage 2 ddp injectors, 024DV, 18deg timing, turbo ect. I also have a torxtech OVF set to approx. 30psi at idle. My fuel pressure is strong 20 ish psi all over except when I floor it it dips to the 5-7 psi range.

What kind of effect would this have on power?
