Boundaries are obviously being crossed. They dated in high school, literally half our lives ago. Ex has several kids from several relationships, knows we have a kid ourselves. But she’s asking him to call her at 9pm, asking where we live and getting excited about it being about an hour away from her (vs 4 from where we’re from), inviting him and our child to a theme park nearby.
Our names are pretty similar so she’s hinting about how he has a thing for those kind of names, which I find really inappropriate.
I feel like she’s planting seeds and in my husband’s defense, he told me about this conversation as it was happening yet he has been over the top cruel to me ever since.
He’s almost always mean and cruel when he’s angry but it seems lately, he’s always angry at me. In front of our son, he won’t stop.
I’m at a loss here. I feel so hopeless and powerless and he’s so great at making me believe my family would be better off without me.
