I ordered a new Model Y last week, which is inventory stock so it is available immediately. Attempting to apply for finance through the link in the app and every time I get the black horse error message. I have tried messaging on the app but rarely getting any response, called several times and after taking over an hour to get through each time all I get told to do is clear my cookies and try again...

Has anyone had this problem and actually got help from tesla to resolve it? I'm on the verge of cancelling the order as if I can't collect this week it will be over a month until im in a position I can collect the vehicle again hence the reason I went for an inventory stock.
