Hurts to brush the tooth and it’s been a week. I brush 1x a day at night or 5am, but very well and I’ve done this all my life.

⁠No medical conditions and have never smoked or drank alcohol. 25 y/o male with condition x 4 days. Father had gingivitis years ago. It is the 2nd tooth/gum area from the left in the photo. Also is it normal to have that shape of a gumline above the tooth to its right?
