Looking to sublet my room at knights circle, lease starts August 22nd 2026, and ends in July of 2027, I will pay the sublet fee (350 dollars) and first month of rent (950 dollars) it is a 4x4 apartment and another one of my roommates is looking to have his lease taken over as well so two rooms are available.
