Wife told me she wants a divorce, and she just wants to get out of it, so she is willing to leave me the house. Essentially i am getting 175K in equity for just releasing her quickly.

My attorney is saying i need to ask for child support. her income is low so i would be getting like $300 a month. our son is 3 years old.

How can i ensure she pays this money even though she doesnt have a job and is on unemployment? SHe may get a good job in the future and i dont want to miss out.
