Does your husband contribute equally to cognitive and physical work required to make vacations and holi run smoothly?

Can you fully relax without worrying if things will get chaotic because you’re not the main person managing the household. Can you rely on your husband to fully own tasks for anticipation to execution without having to remind him or monitor him to make sure he did it right or answer a bunch of questions? Does he anticipate the needs of the household as much as you do?
