14 days now - Crave stimulation
So I think I'm over the first peak - I don't feel hopelessly tired - and I can exercise again and think

However I crave stimulation - sugar, carbs, chocolate ANYTHING to bring that sharp focused buzz.

I've got a shit ton of work to do and my brain feels empty

To make it worse I'm on semi keto / omad. I basically try to skip breakfast and lunch and have a decent amount of carbs before gym and then a nice solid meal after gym
