My Mobile number Jio Post paid SIM which is personal and private, and my outbound calls/SMS are almost Zero or 1 per day with NO Telemarketing SMS/Voice whatsoever.

Why BSNL is sending to me as customer?

Received an SMS from BSNLKT-S says

"Dear Customer, it is here by warned not to use this personnel mobile connection for commercial telemarketing SMS or Voice calls. Your number is liable to be disconnected as per TCCCPP regulation, if it is used for commercial communication (TeleMarketing)."

I do report spam calls/SMS received to my number to TRAI 3.0 and investigated via Jio.

Are those Telemarketers retaliating to me??
