What moved the needle for you?
hey all. I'm 40, mindful eater, low sugar, low carb -- need to improve on water intake and consistent daily exercise. 5'3" about 142-145 and want to lose 10 pounds . muscular thicker body type with hips, booty and thighs.
im proud to be strong just sick of looking thick.
what really moved the needle for you? I get a minimum of 5k daily steps but I have to really try to get 10k or more . each week I do hot yoga, hot sculpt or barre. I need to add in a few more days of full body lifts I just.... don't want to look thicker. I eat around 1300 but don't extreme track. feels like I can't actually thin out !
