Found help with suffocation

I don’t know if this will help anybody, but I figured I would post it because it could help one of you guys . I get the nasal dilators for snoring and I stick them right into the front tip of my nose. Do not stick them in far just right at the opening. as soon as I put them in, I’ll start humidifying pretty good and the suffocation stops right away. It says online that that proves as a positive cotton test as well. I hope this helps at least one person :) It’s not a cure but I can go about my day now.

Cotton

So I put the rolta cotton on my septum on both sides, like where it was sticking to it and put it in deep to where I guess it would touch the turbinates. I got a weird nerve feeling going through my nose not painful but like you could tell a nerve was active and then suffocation went away for a little bit. At least I don’t know if it ended up moving or what but is that a positive sign just by touching the turbinates with that cotton and it relieving suffocation for a little bit that something can actually help me like injections or implants? I just wanna know from anyone else’s experience. Is this normal for this to happen? I can put the cotton in my nose and then I help my suffocation, but this time when I specifically put it up against the septum deep down where I guess it’s turbulence would be that it helped the suffocation tremendously for a little bit.

Pend

Am I doing this right??? I’m putting the paddle on like the side of my nose and my cheek area. Everyone the paddle clicks though I get sensitivity in a nerve so I’m not sure if I should be using this. I just don’t want to be doing more damage to the nerve than I already have.
