I just tried to open a Natwest account and got a message saying,"we can't open this account for you". I tried RBS and had the same.

I don't have any open accounts with them so went through as a new customer but used a new email and phone number.

I've had accounts with them in the past but that was a few years ago. I'm assuming that's me done when it comes to getting anything else from them!
