Posting here for the first time, but this is my longest played UDC family so far, I started in 1330 because previously when I played the udc challenge I got to 1330, and I didn’t want to take forever before getting to the Black Death haha.

It’s really lucky that my sims have survived the plague and all the various famines that plagued the fourteen century in France. They’re doing pretty well, all things considered.

This is the Fournier family, currently my third gen heir is Jacques Fournier and his main line are Vigners (wine-makers), but him and his eldest son and heir Laurent got drafted to fight in the 100-years war. This is the second time Jacques is being drafted. Jacques and his four teenage children are in the middle of the picture. His youngest Marie is the one wearing the blue dress, and his oldest Laurent is to his right.

Jacques’s second eldest brother, Elyot is a Huntsman for the local lords forests. He’s married and has three living children. That’s after having eight kids, so he lost a lot of children to childhood mortality. He’s on the far right of the family in in the picture, wearing a feathered cap. His wife is called Catherine and she was a travelling merchants daughter.

On the other side, to the left of the picture, is Vincent, Jacques’s youngest brother who became orphaned at three years old, when his mother died of the black plague and his father died from the famine after it, he became an apprentice as soon as he was of age. He’s a trained Scribe and rolled to never marry.

To the far left, is Robin, previously married to Genevieve, the only surviving sister of my heir. She rolled to have a lot of kids but died in childbirth after her first. He’s holding his son Charles who’s eight years old and so far survived his rolls.
