Too good to be true
I just purchased a 2022 Lightning Lariat extended range off Carvana over the weekend but I am not able to get it delivered till next Friday. In the mean time I have looked at the listing a thousand times. Something just felt off about it and I searched the vin number and saw it come up in the Dallas carvana site. Same truck, mileage, vin but it was listed as standard range battery. After an hour long call with Carvana tonight it seems like the Dallas listing was correct and the listing off the app that I purchased it from was wrong. Had I not figured this out and the truck had been delivered they would have taken my trade in and I would have been without a vehicle because I would not have accepted the standard range model. I drive around 150-200 miles on average daily so I think the standard range would cause me more hassle then I would want. Now they are trying to figure out what went wrong on their end and have granted my non refundable shipping fee back or they will try to find me another truck in that price range with the extended range. This sucks
