Herniated Disc at 23 :(
MRI Report said I have a herniated disc at L4-L5 and a fragment sticking out measuring 15mm x 4mm, I’m very scared and confused because I do not feel much pain. It was a lot of lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain that went away. Right now all I have is some weird tingling in my right glute. Any advice would be appreciated:(
