Hello, everyone! 23 M here. Can you please recommend an effective whitening lotion and soap, please. I have been using beauche for soap and skinwhite for my lotion since may spf siya. Pero until now parang wala pa ring effect. I have an uneven skin tone in my arms and neck. Typical naman na uneven dun since yun yung expose sa sun madalas. Pero may mare-recommend ba kayong soap and lotion para man lang maging even konti? Thank you!

Hello! Is PNB down tonight? or may maintenance ba sila? I can't seem to withdraw huhu. Ilang ATMs na napuntahan ko and pare-pareho sila ng sinasabi na can't process the transaction. Wala naman text message or email si PNB na may naka schedule silang maintenance.😭
