I am planning to switch and its quite impossible to get any offers while being here. I am thinking of giving papers but there seems to be no one in the company to educate me about any buy back scheme or if i can lessen my days from leaves and if yes then how much or if they can be encashed.
I want to ask if it is possible to lessen the official 90 days notice period and if yes then how much, can i pay them and leave the company?
