Little squeak when turning the steering wheel. What’s this likely to be?

M54 b30. Anyone experienced this before. I’m assuming it’s one of then pulleys, maybe water pump? I had the belt tensioner pulley out the other week and it seemed in decent condition. Any ideas ? Thanks
