Where is everyone getting these insane batting averages and ops numbers???

I bat anywhere between 2-.300 with basically my entire lineup. I’m at 700 ranking rn and usually getting WS.

Nearly EVERYONE I match make against has averages .350 or above for most of their players if not in the .400s yet my games always end with around 10 total runs scored between teams. Am I an insane pitcher? Is everyone boosting in games not involving me?

I’m just genuinely confused how my stats are sooo much worse than others when I’m beating them at least 50% of the time
