I've noticed a few creators have no lefties in their lineup and will grade community member's rosters and they comment that they have too many lefties.

What's the reasoning? I get lefty lefty is tough, but isn't righty righty also tough?

I've been seeing lineups of just switch hitters and righties.

I generally feel more comfortable batting lefty so I'm curious what the rationale is. I also generally stink at the game lol.

I will say, maybe this is just me but I love the fact that SDS is being extremely selective with what pitchers get outlier. Even with certain new pitchers that have come out that have had outlier in the past early on like John Donaldson don’t have it right now. Tbh I think it makes the game more fun cause if everyone had outlier like in most other MLBs I feel like the enjoyment would go down as hitting would be a lot more difficult as that was the case for me at least in previous years. Anyways just wanted to throw that out there not sure if you guys agree or not.

safe space, right? ive never used directional hitting. i want to but i can't. whenever i try, i either badly miss swinging at balls or i look for a spot (like inside) then swing at anything close even if it almost hits me. it's so discouraging even though it seems like it makes the game so much funner if you can do it. anyone else?

I know its already difficult to throw runners out, especially guys with speed or good stealing stats.

One thing ive noticed this year is when I see a guy take off, I press the button towards the base before the catcher has the ball and it doesn't register at all.

So now I have to wait when the catcher has the ball to press the button which makes it even more impossible to throw runners out. Has anyone noticed this? I feel like this is new this year and im not sure why they would do this.

Interestingly enough if I throw behind a runner it doesn't do this. Its only if im throwing ahead of a runner.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get triples?

Probably not doing live series collection unless I win the lottery and get Ohtani from a pack.

With that information, who would you rather have at 2B?

Now that a lot of people are done with the TA grind, which are the easiest #1 fans to compete? They all have different Hits, HRs and K goals for the best season for their teams.

I was playing rtts yesterday and like most of you probably I simulate to my next appearance. In the first inning my player got a one out double and I had just upgraded his speed enough to try and steal third so I changed the setting to watch the full game. On the very next pitch I took off for third and the pitcher short hopped the catcher and I stole easily. The guy at the plate on my team was ivan Herrera and the next three pitches to him were all in the dirt and he walked on four straight pitches. The next hitter Nolan Gorman walked on four straight pitches in the dirt to load the bases. The other team was the Mets and they went through four pitchers in the first inning walking in twenty two runs straight on pitches in the dirt. I’m assuming this would have went on forever if I hadn’t finally put them out of their misery. Has this happened to anyone else playing RTTS

Seriously, get a leadoff double off the wall, I didn’t have the right launch angle for a HR. Strikeout 11 batters, I don’t have swing-and-miss stuff. Swing at a bunch of first pitch strikes and score 9 runs, I’m being too aggressive. Take a bunch of pitches and get the starter out by the 4th, I’m not being aggressive enough. RTTS or franchise, everything I do is wrong even if I’m winning every game 9-2 and my record is 45-2. It’s exhausting.

I’ve heard mixed things on so many platforms. I’ve heard yes XP earned at 1x on Rookie, 1.3x on Veteran, etc. I’ve also heard no difference. Just wondering if there was an official consensus?

I’ve been stuck on game 21 for the new threads mini season for a bit, I’ve beat the cpu about 10 times over the course of a week before I noticed that I was stuck on it, I already submitted a support ticket to SDS, just curious if anyone else has experienced this problem, and how long support takes to clear an issue?
