Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask about the layout for the MEXT research proposal for research students.

It is possible to change the boxes locations or remove the instructions for more space? Or is it required to leave it as is and fit the proposal into 2 pages. I am having trouble with putting references as they extend onto the 3rd page, which is why I wanted to clarify.
