I got my wisdom teeth removed a year ago. Since then, I keep biting the insides of my cheeks. Like really painfully and badly. Happens during the day and at night. Is this normal? It's absolutely awful - hurts all the time, gets big bite marks, and is just so unpleasant. My dentist said it's normal and will go away but it isn't going away and it's been a year. Is this normal? Is there anyway to stop this?
