Since yesterday, every time the baby sleeps she will randomly scream out fussing and crying but then falls back to sleep with me comforting her/kinda still asleep. Does it a few times with an hours naps?

I put a post up the other day with the picture attached of my babies front gum/“teeth” and a lot of people said yes possibly the start (thanks)
She has her 12 week vaccines Wednesday gone and since yesterday has been screaming for “no reason” I’ve done everything. Until I gave calpol late evening (cos I though ok maybe she’s feel rough from immunsions) and she knocked out.
Woke up today out, stayed awake around 1 hour and slept 2. Woke up and was screaming again, tried teething gel and was calmer so fed her and she fell asleep on bottle leaving like 30ml (not like her lol)
Is this the start of teething? Or could it be vaccines? What can I do to help or know better? Because her cheeks aren’t red, she seems warm but it’s warm today and idk if that’s the vaccine still?
