Asking something: Is it really ONLY TAMIL NO OTHER LANGUAGE in Tamilnadu?
First things first, here's the translation:
>!Came for a health checkup of my dad....And these people intentionally disturbing us by speaking thamizh thamizh...2 rapidos got cancelled because they knew no other language than thamizh...and now that they don't know they are doing such a drama....that I don't know!<
>!Now most important food...my Dad is a kidney patient...He needs to eat chappati/Roti...The Rotis are also super weird....the taste is different from the world...the curry was okay...but the Roti was terrible..!<
>!Yesterday I explored the place alone for an hour...everywhere the have written everything in their own language...feels like i m lost...!<
>!And another most important, i m not even from Hindi speaking belt....I m from North east...In Delhi I never felt such out of place...as much as I am facing here!<
>!Now in the noon/afternoon I have to feed my father rice-lentil soup-curry....God Knows where I will get...hopefully swiggy...but then again...500 would be gone in basic lentil-chapatti!<
From the post, it seems OOP is in chennai or nearby. But is it really that people there don't understand English? No problem if they don't understand Hindi, but atleast English should be there right, besides Thamizh?
Or is it that OOP really went to some areas where people really don't understand anything besides Thamizh, but if that's the case then how other people deal with that? Coming from even nearby states? I am sure not everybody in vicinity would know Thamizh right? Say, someone from Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka?
It's for sure that OOP has suffered and hence let out their frustration (Obviously, minus the last line).
