What box spring to get? Slat spacing?

I bought a Zinus 9 Inch Queen WonderBox(TM) Smart Box Spring but I'm not sure if the slat spacing is good. It's for a hybrid spring/foam mattress.

Should I return this Zinus box spring? My concern is the slat spacing.

  • I've heard you need 2-3 inch slat spacing, this looks like 6 inch.

  • Zinus 9 Inch Queen WonderBox(TM) Smart Box Spring, Quick Assembly Mattress Foundation, Durable Metal Frame, Grey.

  • If I should return it (it's unopened and I have until June 21), what should I get to replace it?

Is DeepSeek V4 Flash down? It was in the middle of implementing my plan but now it's just stuck. It won't respond. I tried restarting the session.

A weird behavior is that esc interrupt doesn't work. tapping multiple times, it never interrupts.

I'm looking for an office chair that is herman miller but I want to find one that doesn't have herman miller in the title or description. To locate a deal. Is an image search possible? Or is the best method to just search "office chair" and manually scroll?

Stipulation: A plate compactor is out of the question. My only ability is to use a hand tamper and other hand tools.

  • I was thinking about doing the Brock Paver Base method because it would reduce the labor required in excavating and in compaction.

  • Then I heard about "Open Graded" base which needs no compaction. You need to excavate more, but reduces compaction labor.

  • Can those 2 ideas be combined? Brock base with open grade?

Added context: My yard, during a severe rain storm, will get some standing water. I currently have some old boards layed out in the yard as my temporary walkway. The water doesn't stand so high that it covers the boards. The yard is flat aside from minor bumps (not walking up or down a hill). There might be some roots I need to cut. It's in central Indiana if that tells you anything about the kind of soil.

I am OK with taking more time. I plan to do a little bit every weekend. My main concern is to have a long lasting product.

Breaking it down and putting it back in it's original box for someone to load it into their suv, or keeping it assembled and hoping it doesn't break when they move it into their truck bed? Which way sounds the best?
