Hello friends! I am in the mood for a ship building game but cant find anything that tickles me lately. I played jump space a while back and something I loved was being able to build your ship and then explore it during combat (upgrades, repairs, rerouting power) but the missions seemed pretty boring.

I am looking for something similar but maybe more in-depth on the shipbuilding part, and maybe even being able to hire crew to man stations. I tried no mans sky but just couldn't get into it, same with starfield (might revisit this one at some point though). Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Howdy kind people of Tech Support, I am hoping someone can help me with my PC problems.

PC is a hand-me-down and worked fine for me for a year, but has experienced black screens over the past 12 months. It typically happens under load, but not exclusively, and I have experienced it even when the GPU is at less than 60% load. Some important details below

Build

- ASUS Dual Fan 3060 12gb

- Ryzen 7 5800X

- 16gb Viper DDR4 Ram

- B550 A Pro MSI Mobo

Attempted fixes and Observations

- PSU has been swapped since issue started

- Case has been swapped since issue started

- Tried using multiple GPU ports (HDMI and DP)

- DDU ran and drivers re-installed from scratch

- MOBO updated via USB to latest version

- During black screen PC tower remains on, as do GPU LEDs

- After a restart issue can persist, in which VGA warning light will glow white on MOBO (GPU LEDs remain on)

- No Mini-Dump files or error logs indicate where the issue could have existed within Event Viewer (as far as I can tell)

- Have tried multiple screens, makes no difference.

From all of the above I feel as though the issue may be GPU related, but I don't want to drop money on a new GPU to then find out its the RAM or CPU if can be avoided (all very expensive fixes in the big 26)
