Tried changing the fans in BIOS to PWM and nothing changes. I'm using the splitter, FAN to CPU_FAN (4-pin), PUMP to CPU_OPT, VRM to Sys_Fan3. The only way I've been able to get the fans to not be on full blast was switching CPU_OPT to VOLTAGE instead of PWM. FanControler has also not worked.
I originally had the PUMP connected to Sys_Fan4PUMP, same issue. It literally sounds like a bathroom fan.
