I have an LOQ 15IAX9(core i5-12450HX and RTX 3050) and a LOQ 15AHP10(ryzen 7 250 and RTX 5060), acording to the manuals, they have PD(power delivery) on the USB C port, however when I connect a USB C charger to them, they do not charge.

I tried with 2 chargers, one is a 65 watts max (20V 3.25A), and another has all the combinations up to 140 watts max(20V 5A, 28V 5A).

If the Laptops are turned off, the chargers work via USB C.

So my questions are: Is this normal?, Has anyone manage to charge their LOQs with USB C while the laptop is on?
