Thank you to all in this sub. You have really helped me to understand what happened and helped me realize what never was and what never will be again. I had my final communication with my FA ex and have total clarity about who she really is, a person who is fragile and insecure and cannot communicate like I want or can. I'm keeping no contact and will never be intimate with her again, ever. I don't want to keep revisiting the thoughts of her when she was love bombing and later breadcrumbing, no to mention the weirdest breakup I've ever had in 44 years of life. So I'm unjoining the community. Everyone here, thank you, sincerely! I'm moving onwards and upwards ☮️✌️
